Nutella Chocolate chip cookies
There’s something about combining chocolate, nutella, butter, sugar, vanilla and flour that makes this recipe a crowd pleaser. It’s a simple cookie recipe with a secret ingredient: nutella!
Let’s start prepping the ingredients to get started!
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour (all purpose)
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of nutella
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of regular sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs. In the same bowl, gradually add the flour and stir until the ingredients are completely combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and the nutella. In 2-3 inch scoops of batter, place the scoops on a parchment paper lined baking sheet spaced 2 inches apart. The recipe should make about a dozen and a half cookies. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 12-14 minutes, or until the cookies are slightly golden brown on top. It’s nice to remove the cookies from the oven slightly underdone and allow the cookies to cool on a baking rack or a plate, just not on the hot baking sheet. The cookies will be chewy and delicious! Enjoy with a glass of milk.
